I have eight flourescent lights in my 1st grade classroom, and I bought one set of these tranquil blue light filters to try in my room last year. (The store only had one package in stock.) I have looked everywhere for another set, because they made such a difference!! I think the filters had a tremendous calming influence in my class. I also have autistic children mainstreamed into my classes, and it REALLY seemed to help them settle down. I have also noticed over the years that students get headaches in the afternoon (I know I get them from the flourescent lights myself), and we did not have nearly as bad a problem last year with headaches. I HIGHLY recommend this product, especially if you have a lot of children with ADHD or autism. They were also incredibly easy to put up, because of the magnets in the edges & on the corners.
